Prayer in CrlOP.No.15754 of 2015: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and the property of the petitioner to secure the ends of justice. Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.05.2015, investigate the same and to provide police protection to the life and property of the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.R.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the accused have caused damages to the properties of the petitioner. It is also seen that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Therefore, these petitions are closed with a direction to the petitioner to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 31.05.2015 to the concerned jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The respondent police is also directed to give necessary protection to the life and property of the petitioner.
