Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further order in Crl.O.P.No. 3148 of 2022 by order dated 25.02.2022 by this Hon`ble Court in Cr.No. 13 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of police, CBCID, Cyber Crime at Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.RAGUNATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3148 of 2022 by an order dated 25.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
