JUDGMENT

It is reported that the sole appellant died on 29.07.2019 during the pendency of this Second Appeal. No steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. It is left open to the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to set aside the abatement by filing an appropriate application. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
