ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 394, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.233 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner who was one of the accused in this case where it is a house break and theft of more than 1⁄2 kg of golden jewels and 1 kg of silver articles at knife point. Based on the confession statement of A3, who was arrested, this petitioner is wanted by the police.

3. Considering the gravity of the crime and the native of the petitioner has no root in the State, this petition is dismissed accordingly.
