The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.241, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013 and quash the same in so far as it dispenses with the grant of higher start of pay to Graduate Typist with effect from 01.04.2013 and direct the respondents to grant higher start of pay to the petitioners for possessing degree qualification.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that nothing survives in this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing survives in this petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
