ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 500, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. (Not Known) of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. A complaint has been given against this petitioner and the respondent Police has taken it as CSR No.44 of 2022 and asked the petitioner to appear for interrogation, however the petitioner has failed to turn up and absconded. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

3. The respondent Police is at liberty to serve summons to the petitioner herein and call for enquiry.
