CMP Nos.7717 to 7724 of 2018 in S.A.No.227 of 2015 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, all these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
