Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1972 praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.21752 of 2011 dated 22.09.2011.

ORDER

Despite the order of this Court dated 22.09.2011 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.21752 of 2011, the respondent Police authorities

harassed the petitioner by interfering with their recreation activities and locked the club and against their action, the present Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.

Upon instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader representing respondents filed written instructions dated 10.02.2017 pointing out illegal act committed in yet another club. The present petitioner was advised to follow the legal norms and at the same time, the respondent police had not locked the club and taken their keys. Such written instructions are taken on record and the petitioner is permitted to have their recreation activities as permitted under law.

Recording the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
