Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to initiate the investigation and grant police protection on the complaint dated 14.11.2014 in C.S.R.No.626 of 2014 pending on the file of T-3 Koratur Police Station at Koratur.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to initiate the investigation and grant police protection on the complaint dated 14.11.2014 in C.S.R.No.626 of 2014, pending on the file of T3 Koratur Police Station at Koratur, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is seen that the petition enquiry in CSR.No.626 of 2014 has been conducted by the respondent police. The allegation of the petitioner is that when he started to put up constructions in his property, one Chandran is unnecessarily causing obstruction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any congnizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
