ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 220 r/w section 220(3) & sec 229 of Companies Act, 1956 in EOCC No. 16 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein has approached this Court by way of anticipatory bail in a case were NBW is pending against him for his non appearance of the Trial Court for the purpose, there is specific provision under section 70 (2) Cr.P.C and recall the same, hence anticipatory bail cannot be granted bypassing the said provision of law.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
