ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.36713 of 2016, by order dated 15.11.2016, directed the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Officer Assistant in the services of the Concordia Higher Secondary School at Ambur, with effect from 17.09.2012 with conferment of all benefits and to pass necessary orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and also to pay the arrears of salary within a period of one month thereafter.
