Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the anticipatory bail condition the petitioner shall report for respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m against in Crl.O.P.No.22111/2021 in Cr.No.28/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GANGADHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22111 of 2021 by an order dated 23.11.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is pending and that the petitioner is reporting before the Investigation officer after 22.01.2022.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a lorry driver and he went to various states, therefore he was not able to comply the condition. However, in future he will comply the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on first of every month.
