ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.39 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein found in possession of 70 liters of illicit Arrack and some brandy bottles to manufacture fake IMFL.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the 1st petitioner is having 12 previous cases. The 2nd petitioner is having one previous case and both are brothers involved in illicit arrack trade.
