ORDER

(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 3 July 2020, by Judges at their respective residence and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.

2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the appeals.

3. We are satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay of 23 days. Therefore, the delay of 23 days in filing the appeals is condoned.

3. Office may register the Tax Cases on regular numbers.

4. Issue notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks. Private Notice is also allowed.

5. Put up for admission after four weeks.
