This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court
in W.P.No.22755 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.06.2016, necessary amendments have been made and license have been issued by the District Forest Officer, by passing an order dated 22.06.2016, which has been received by the petitioner on 23.06.2016, as could be seen from the signature of the petitioner in the copy of the order. 3.Recording the same, the above Contempt Petition is closed.
