This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 28.02.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6029 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District & 1/4

Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2.This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.6029 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024, wherein the Court below dismissed the application filed by the petitioner seeking for a modification of the condition imposed while enlarging the petitioner on bail in Crl.M.P.No.5545 of 2024 by order dated 22.02.2024. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 4.The petitioner is aggrieved only by one of the conditions imposed by the Court below by directing the petitioner to produce one cash surety for Rs.25,000/-. According to the petitioner who has been added as A3, when A2 was enlarged on bail, no such condition was imposed on him and that apart there are no bad antecedents against the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the conditions that were imposed while enlarging 2/4

A2 on bail, the cash surety that was imposed by the Court below alone is relaxed and all the other conditions imposed by the Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail shall stand unaltered. 6.Accordingly, Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
