O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.02.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.21617 of 2013.

Heard both sides.

The order dated 06.02.2014, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21617 of 2013 would read as under: "3. At the time of hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and after enquiry, the same was closed by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a week. On receipt of the closure report, it is open to the petitioner/complainant to take further steps in the manner known to law."

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that as per the order of this Court dated 06.02.2014, the complaint of the petitioner has been looked into and the same has been closed. He has also produced a copy of the Closure Report before this Court.

In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to act in accordance with law based on the Closure Report.
