The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition challenging the order appointing Advocate Commissioner. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of his case as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Principal District Munsif, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of the civil suit in O.S.No.623 of 2007, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31 March 2017.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
