This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given on 05.06.2015 and the registered post sent on 10.06.2015 to the second respondent and investigate the offence within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 05.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.07.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
