This application has been filed to grant permission to examine the identifying witness Mr.L.Nandakumar as PW2 to prove the Will in O.P.No.152 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Considering the fact that the witness who is sought to be examined is the son of the deceased first attestor's son and considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for.
