ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.157 of 2019 as early as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner doing electrical contract works. One Mr.Thangadurai who belongs to his native introduced one Mr.Praburam son of Padmanaban who is doing electrical business and contract works in the name of M/s.Madras Electricals and data solutions and having office at No.24/236, Govindappa Naicken Street, Chennai to do sub-contract and electrical contract works under his company. The petitioner did the electrical works in various parts of Tamil Nadu from 2014 to 2016 and outstanding of Rs.93,24,825/- has to be paid by the said Praburam. While so, he has paid only Rs.41,11,430/- and assured to pay the balance amount within a period of six months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time. But, the said Praburam fails to keep up his assurance. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16316 of 2018. Then, he filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi and the same was ordered in C.M.P.No.96 of 2019 on 25.02.2019 and on receipt of the same the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.20 of 2019 against the said Praburam under Sections 294(b), 506(1) and 507 IPC on 14.03.2019.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case and since the STC is of the year 2019, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District, is directed to complete the trial within the period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
