(CR.NO.367 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in the Crl.O.P.No.23040 of 2021 dated 08/12/2021 and pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court deemed it and proper to the circumstance of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.23040 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the charge sheet not yet filed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders, is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 23/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
