JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4134 of 2022 IN CRL OP.1311 of 2022 PRABU @ PRAMOD [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, NANGAVALLI POLICE STATION, SALEM DISTRICT CRIME NO.344 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in the Crl.O.P.No.1311 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 and pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper to the circumstance of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1311 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer twice in a month instead of every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
