3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the

learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.47 of 2015 has been completed, and the final report is ready, and the same will be filed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
