This application has been filed to condone the delay of 2483 days in filing the application to set aside the exparte order dated 12.04.2016 passed against the 5th defendant in C.S.No.324 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned and this application is allowed.
