ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 21.2.2014 in W.P.No.26222 of 2013, by quashing the order of the first respondent dated 22.5.2013, directed the respondents therein to consider the claim of the petitioner positively to promote him as Inspector of Police in pursuance of his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ name in the 'C' list of Sub Inspector of Police fit for

promotion as Inspector of Police for the year 2010-2011 dated 16.7.2011 by taking into consideration the order of discharge issued by the third respondent in TDP case No.28 of 2010 in Rc.No.A1/1841/2010 dated 11.9.2013 and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits on par with his juniors. Further, this Court has directed them to carry out the said exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the first respondent dated 5.1.2016.

3.
