Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying with executing sureties as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 2944 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2944 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 to comply with the conditions before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2944 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 is extended till 06.05.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
