The Petitioners have filed the present petition to call for the records in Cr. No.3 of 2014, pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same

2. No representation for the petitioners. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would contend that the investigation in Cr. No.3 of 2014 has already been concluded and a final report in C.C. No.317 of 2014 was filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
