ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.42171 of 2016, by order dated 01.12.2016, directed the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's review petition dated 29.06.2015 seeking approval of the post of Physical Education Director in Pope's College, Thuthukkudi, with effect from 09.03.2012 in the sanctioned

transfer vacancy of Dr.V.S.Mohan Rajkumar and seeking regularization of his service with effect from 09.03.2012 and payment of monetary and service benefits due to him, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 06.07.2017 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
