PRAYER: Original Petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act and under Order XXI Rule 2 & 3 of Original Side Rules read with Clause 17 of the Letters Patent Act, praying that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased a) To grant permanent custody of the minor child A.Sahana, born on 01.03.2017 now aged about 6 years to the petitioner herein; b) For such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side would submit in unison that the parties to the petition have arrived at a compromise and had entered into a Terms of Memorandum of Understanding and the same is placed before this Court.

2. Learned counsels appearing on either side would also acknowledge the said Memorandum of Understanding that had been entered into between the parties and requested this Court to dispose of the Original Petition in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.

3. In view of the understanding that had been arrived at between the parties on the terms of Memorandum of Understanding, the O.P. is disposed of on the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding. The said Memorandum of Understanding is also annexed to this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
