This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the above criminal OP.No.29037 of 2023, Dated 11.01.2024 in cr. No.131 of 2023 and pass necessary orders in the interest of justice.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
