ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to transfer patta in petitioner's name in Patta no.197 for the lands comprised in S.Nos.197/6A, 197/6E and 197/7 in Perumathur(South) Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2020.

2.Ms.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the third respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2020 through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 21.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
