Ms.R.Ananthi, learned Counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the Suit in O.S.No.239 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court, Perundurai, was dismissed by the Trial Court on August 21, 2023, and he has also produced "e-Courts Case Status" of the Trial Court. Therefore, the reliefs sought for in these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions.

In view of the above submissions made by her, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
