WMP.No.6512 of 2024 filed seeking permission to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee. 2.Both petitioners are in Dharmapuri and the hospital concerned is in Coimbatore. Hence the petitioners prefer to approach the Authorisation Committee (Transplantation) which is based in Coimbatore as pointed out by Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the Authorisation Committee (Transplantation) Chennai, arrayed as R1.

3.The petitioners may make a representation before the Authorisation Committee (Transplantation) at Coimbatore and such application, if and when received, will be considered and disposed by the Committee, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4.This writ petition is closed. No costs.
