ORDER

Heard.

At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the property in question, in S.F.No.354/12B, Thinnalur Village, Orathi Firka, Madurantagam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Kanchipuram District, having an extent of 4 cents, would be surveyed by the representative of the respondent, in the presence of the petitioner, and appropriate orders would be passed thereon.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, the Tahsildar, Madurantagam Taluk, Kanchipuram District, shall cause the survey of the land, in S.F.No.354/12B, Thinnalur Village, Orathi Firka, Madurantagam Taluk, Kanchipuram District, on 25.07.2016, after issuing a notice to the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner would be present, at the site in question, at 10.30 a.m., on 25.07.2016. A notice shall also be given by the Tahsildar, Madurantagam Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the other persons concerned, if any, before the survey is done, in respect of the land.
