The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner business, namely, M/s.Suba Plastics Private Limited, No.85, Jothipuram, Coimbatore - 641047 and further protect the ingress and egress of all vehicles from in and out of factory premises.

2.The writ petition was filed on 05.11.2013, mainly on the ground that the workmen caused certain inconvenience for running of the factory on account of strike. However, on account of efflux of time, the cause aroused during the relevant point of time in the year 2013 do not exist as of now. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Company itself is closed and under these circumstances, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
