:Respondent/Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant the interim custody of the two minor children's namely Z.Safaa Tamanna, Z.Fardeen Ahmed to the petitioner. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- At request of counsel for the petitioner, the children were referred to psychiatric evaluation to the Department of Child Psychiatry and Child Health, Chennai. The report has been received. It shows that both the children are of appropriate intellectual performance and both of them did https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ not show signs of any behavioural disorder or psychiatric
illness. On receipt of the report, I had again interacted with the children today. Even today, both of them have expressed their disinclination, even to visit the mother occasionally.
They were disinclined, even to have occasional visitation rights with the mother despite persuation.
2. In view of the firm opinion expressed by the children, I do not think it will be in the interest of the children as well as parties to the litigation to force the children to undergo a routine on visitation rights. Hence, A.No. 2445 of 2019 stands dismissed.
