[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents for the production of the petitioner's daughter Shobana, daughter of Saminathan, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
aged about 19 years before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the petitioner.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
