2. In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner Union is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings/letter of the respondent dated 29.04.2016 in accordance with law before the competent forum. The proceedings of the respondent in Letter No.085736/730/G.58/G.582/2015-4 dated 29.04.2016 is taken on file and recorded.
