JUDGMENT

These appeals are preferred against the dismissal of interlocutory applications, which were filed for grant of adinterim injunction against the respondents/defendants, by the trial Court.

2. Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that trial in the suit has already commenced before the Court below and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these appeals. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of. However, considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2010, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on merits within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.Nos.1 of 2014 are closed.
