When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on G.O.Rt.No.3019 dated 01.08.2022. It is seen that the petitioner has been allowed to retire from service as District Revenue Officer on superannuation on the afternoon of 31.07.2022.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 30.06.2023 Index: Yes/ No nr 2/4
