When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the sale deed and construction agreement presented on 06.08.2018, for registration, would be considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law.
3. Under such circumstances, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the said agreement and take a decision, on merits after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
