ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 30.4.2015 passed in D.Dis.No.K4/32658/2014 on the file of the first respondent, to quash the same, and consequently direct the respondent to reconsider the case of the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.

On perusal of the records, it is seen that the first respondent had rightly rejected the representation submitted by the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 30.04.2015 passed in D.Dis.No.K4/32658/2014 by the first respondent. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
