ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to produce the body of the detenu Mr.Ponkoj Chandranath @ Pangaj Deepnath, aged 28 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen from records that a man missing complaint is pending before the respondent Police in Cr.No.121 of 2019.

3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
