Crl.OP.No.5027 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.OP.No.1227 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 23.01.2023. He would further submit that the contraband involved in this case is 240kgs of Ganja which is commercial quantity and the case is also taken up on file in Spl.CC.No.115 of 2022 before the Additional District and Sessions Judge for EC and NDPS Act cases, Salem, suppressing the earlier order, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she was not instructed about the earlier order of dismissal passed by this Court and seeks permission to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
