COMMON PRAYER : Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents/petitioners for willful and wanton disobedience of the order dated 02.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.10855 and 10867 of 2021, inasmuch as the said order has not been complied with within time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ulaganathan in both Cont.Ps For Respondents : Mr.V.Vijay Shankar in both Cont.Ps Standing Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) These Contempt Petitions have been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.Nos.10855 and 10867 of 2021 dated 02.03.2023.

2. When the matter was called today, Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the order of this Court dated 02.03.2023 in W.P.Nos.10855 and 10867 of 2021 has been complied with. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the Page Nos.2/4
