This petition is filed to condone the delay of 324 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Decreetal Order and order dated 20.07.2025 passed in M.C.O.P.No.484 of 2020 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chennai (in the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai).

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 324 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
