O R D E R

1. Even according to the petitioner the detenue/Mr. Suresh has died.

2. Death of the detenue/Mr.Suresh had happened, while he was in custody.

3.Needless to say that the petitioner will have liberty to pursue an appropriate legal remedy with regard to the assertions made before us, that the death of the detenue/Mr.Suresh happened, while, he was in custody and for the reasons attributable to the authorities albeit, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In these circumstances, no further orders need to be passed in the petition.

5. Accordingly, the petition is closed.
