[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented on behalf of the Respondents by the Learned Government Advocate that the Petitioner was appointed as Village Administrative Officer as per proceedings of the 2nd Respondent/ District Collector, Villupuram in Na.Ka.A4/13477/2014 dated 04.08.2017.

2.In view of the fact that the order of this Court dated 29.06.2015 in W.A.No.804 of 2015 was complied with by the 2nd Respondent, this Court closes the Contempt Petition, as nothing survives for adjudication.
