Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to transfer the patta in respect of the land measuring Ac.1.33 cents comprised in survey No.26/4B and extent of Ac.1.00.cents comprised in Survey No.3/1C1 situated at Pulivalam Village Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District by processing the petitioner's application No.2020/0103/18/128588 dated 11.11.2020 and by considering representation dated 22.02.2021 within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to transfer the patta in respect of the land measuring Ac.1.33 cents comprised in survey No.26/4B and extent of Ac.1.00.cents comprised in Survey No.3/1C1 situated at Pulivalam Village Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District by processing the petitioner's application No.2020/0103/18/128588 dated 11.11.2020 and by considering representation dated 22.02.2021 within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 22.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 22.05.2021.
